Measurements. Male 7.8 mm long, 2.1 mm wide across eyes and 2.5 mm wide across posterolateral angles of pronotum.
Material examined. INDIA: Manipur: 1 ♂, Imphal, 27.ix.2013, Prathapan K. D .; 1 ♂ Ukhrul: Shagwou, 1087 m, 24 o 51.286’ N, 94 o 14.009’E, 24.viii.2014, Yeshwanth, H.M. ( UASB) GoogleMaps .
Remarks. The specimens examined were identified based on the description and illustrations by Nielson (1982). The species was recorded earlier from China, Myanmar and Thailand. India is a new record. Specimens from India differ by the following features: aedeagal shaft process reaching near midlength of the shaft with many spines (>10) ( Fig. 36 B View FIGURES 36 ); pygofer with small, digitate, caudoventral process ( Fig. 36 H View FIGURES 36 ).
