Remarks. This species was described from the holotype (male) from IZAS (Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China). It resembles T. projecta (Distant, 1908) and T. conica Zhang, 1990 in general habitus, but differs in male genital features: in T. birama , paraphysis base is broad, sharply narrowed in apical 2/3; style with two apical processes not twisted ( Fig. 23 View FIGURES 16 – 25 ). In T. projecta , paraphysis is broader medially than at apex and base and style bifurcate medially ( Fig. 221 View FIGURES 214 – 223 ). In T. conica , paraphysis gradually narrowed to apex; style biramous distally, twisted ( Fig. 57 View FIGURES 50 – 59 ).
