Diagnosis. Body large sized. Head elongate, approximately three times as long as width across eyes, much longer than pronotum; anteocular part shorter than postocular part; postocular part globose in anterior one-third, narrowed and cylindrical in posterior two-thirds; antennal insertions located nearer to eye than to apex of head. First antennal segment longer than head. Rostrum slender; first visible segment slightly longer than anteocular part, second visible segment longest and nearly two times as long as first visible segment. Eyes prominent. Ocelli widely separated and somewhat elevated. Pronotum shorter than width, prominent at anterolateral angles; anterior lobe hemispherical and shorter than half of posterior lobe, with median sulcus posteriorly; posterior lobe smooth, rounded at humeral and posterior angles, not depressed along meson, with posterior-lateral margin warped up. Scutellum semicircular, roundly elevated discally, neither spined nor tuberculate apically. Hemelytron with large quadrate cell longer than its width; base of inner cell wider than that of exterior cell. Legs slender; femora weakly inflated in subapical part; tarsus three-segmented. Abdomen laterally dilated; connexivum strongly expanded dorsolaterally, more or less undulated, lateral margins evenly curved.
