Notes: Includes some specimens reported as D. intemerata ( Walker, 1857) View in CoL ( Overmeer and Duffels (1967). However, D. intemerata View in CoL was determined to be a valid species in north Thailand ( Boulard 2003e).

Distribution: Thailand, India, Indochina, and Malaysia (Metcalf, 1963a).
