Dohrniphora smithi Brown & Kung View in CoL

( Figs 75–76)

Dohrniphora smithi Brown & Kung, 2007: 184 View in CoL , figs. 109–110, 238.

Species recognition. This species was described from five male specimens with hind tibial setae, but we encountered further specimens lacking these setae. The hind femur is the same in both groups of specimens ( Figs 75–76), but the possibility remains that they are separate species (see D. nebulisilvensis View in CoL , below).

Distribution. Brazil, Colombia, French Guiana, Peru.

New material examined. 4♂, BRAZIL: Amazonas: Manaus. 1♂, FRENCH GUIANA: Regina: Patawa (INPA, LACM) .
