Description. Adult ( Fig. 15 View FIGURES 10‒18 ). Wingspan 10.0 ‒ 13.5 mm in female. Labial palpus in female yellow, second segment with black ring at apex. Other characteristics same as in male.
Female genitalia ( Fig. 43 View FIGURES 39‒44 ). Papilla anale sub-triangular, with long setae laterally. Apophysis anterioris about 2/5 length of apophysis posterioris. Eighth sternal plate spinulate, slightly concave at middle and with long setae on posterior margin. Ductus bursae extremely elongate, narrow, membranous except weakly sclerotized posteriorly. Corpus bursae not distinctly separated from ductus bursae, membranous; signum absent.
Distribution. China (Xizang).
Note. The female is described for the first time.
