Material examined. CHINA, Yunnan: 1♀, Damanlu Village , Menghai County, 1128 m, 1.VIII.2019, leg. KJ Teng et al., slide No. XZX20633 ; 1♀, Mt. Jinuo, Jinghong , 1425 m, 6‒7.VIII.2022, leg. S Yu & KJ Teng, slide No. XZX20814 .

Redescription. Adult ( Fig. 6 ). Wingspan 19.5 mm.

Head. Vertex and frons yellow. Labial palpus orange yellow, second segment in female with dark brown scales near apex. Antenna with scape yellow on ventral surface, yellowish brown on dorsal surface; flagellum black, ringed with yellow in distal 2/5 on dorsal surface.

Thorax. Mesonotum orange yellow, with purplish grey scales in central area; tegula orange yellow, with dark purplish grey sacles. Forewing orange yellow, with dark brown scales, dense between posterior margin of cell and dorsum; markings purplish dark brown: costal margin and dorsum with spot at base respectively; elongate streak from about basal 1/4 to distal 1/4 along fold; discal spot small, ill-defined; postmedial fascia from about costal 3/8 reaching tornus; apical fascia from before apex along termen approaching postmedial fascia, inner margin ill-defined; fringe orange yellow along termen, grey around tornus. Hindwing and fringe dark grey, fringe with a yellow basal line. Legs yellow, except three distal tarsomeres of foreleg black; on ventral surface, foreleg with black scales on coxa and femur; on dorsal surface, foreleg with black scales on femur and tibia, with a few black scales on first tarsomere, midleg with few scales on femur, tibia black at base and on distal half, tarsus black at middle of first tarsomere and at base of other tarsomeres; on outer surface, tibia of hindleg black, tarsus black at middle of first tarsomere and at base of other tarsomeres.

Female genitalia ( Fig. 37 ). Papilla anale bell-shaped. Apophysis anterioris shorter than half length of apophysis posterioris. Eighth sternal plate spinulate. Lamella antevaginalis largely expanded, produced to a pocket on left side, extended outward on right side. Antrum short and narrow. Ductus bursae membranous, spinulate, sclerotized and granulate in part posteriorly; ductus seminalis from ductus bursae near antrum. Corpus bursae elliptical, spinulate; signum being a small plate with several small and one large spines.

Distribution. China (Yunnan), Thailand.

Note. This species is newly recorded for the Chinese fauna.
