Etymology. The specific name is a Latin adjective meaning horn-bearing, in allusion to the horn-shaped endite´s

P3.

Diagnosis. Males of this species resemble H. egua sp. nov., H. izquierdoi sp. nov. and H. gunma sp. nov. by the conductor without proximal projection, with single tip and by the presence of endite’s P3 ( Figs 49C,G View FIGURES 49 , 52C,G View FIGURES 52 , 54C,J View FIGURES 54 , 57D,G View FIGURES 57 ); they differ from those of H. gunma sp. nov. by the narrow booklung covers, smaller than the width of pedicel opening, and from those of H. egua sp. nov. and H. izquierdoi sp. nov. by the horn-shaped endite’s P3 ( Fig. 52C View FIGURES 52 ) (lamellar in H. egua sp. nov. and H. izquierdoi sp. nov.). Females are similar to those of H. numerosa sp. nov. and H. marajoara sp. nov. by the absence of postepigastric scape, the lip-shaped, wider than long postepigastric plate and by copulatory opening positioned on the ventral surface of the postepigastric plate ( Figs 59G View FIGURES 59 , 60J,L View FIGURES 60 , 83G View FIGURES 83 , 84J View FIGURES 84 ); they differ from these species by the V-shaped postepigastric plate ( Figs 51F–H View FIGURES 51 , 52K View FIGURES 52 ) (Ushaped in H. numerosa sp. nov. and H. marajoara sp. nov.).
