Asthelys careyi Geiger, 2017: 229–230 View in CoL , figs 23–24. Holotype LACM 3320. 5180 m, abyssal plain W of Oregon, S of Gulf of Alaska, Alaska.
Description. Shell 7 mm (holotype), white, with five smooth, slightly inflated whorls, suture weakly impressed, base convex, smooth; basal angulation slightly projecting, with small channel above; anomphalous; columella narrow.
Distribution. Abyssal plain off Oregon. 5180 m. Known only from holotype.
