New record for the Paraná State.
Comments: Even if the description of the species was based on a female, something unusual for the genus, the venation of wings is quite characteristic, what in addition to the distribution and coloration of spots on tegmina make the determination of males of this species safe. Anyway, a considerable morphological variation within the species exists, it being possible that what we have now interpreting as P. fosteri corresponds to a species complex (M. Fianco, pers. obs.).
