Distribution: Argentina: Misiones; Bolivia; Brazil: Mato Grosso, Pará, Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul, São Paulo; Paraguay: Paraguari; Peru: San Martín; Uruguay.

New record for the Paraná State.

Comments: The species is easily found at the sampling sites in the Iguaçu National Park, where it was abundant.

Bioacoustics: Sound not recorded.
