3. PHANEROPTERINAE BURMEISTER, 1838
This is the most speciose subfamily of Tettigoniidae , comprehending 2,803 described species distributed in 379 genera and 34 tribes ( Cigliano et al. 2022). From this total, 294 species belonging to 66 genera are currently recorded for Brazil and, regarding the Paraná State, a single species, Machima paranensis Rehn, 1950 (Dysoniini) , was recorded so far. Here we present the first records of 56 species, seven tribes ( Microcentrini , Odonturini , Phaneropterini , Phyllopterini, Pycnopalpini, Scudderiini and Steirodontini ) and three genus groups (Aniarae, Cosmophylla and Scaphurae) for the state.
