Notes: Digestive tract removed. Puboischiadic bar sectioned medially and right ventral disc border with mild skin damage (still attached to specimen).

Paratypes: MZUSP 110874 ; one adult female, 302 mm DW (approximately the same DW as cited in Loboda & Carvalho, 2013); Rio Cuiabá , Rosário Oeste, Mato Grosso State, Brazil; depth not listed; W. J. da Graça; 24 Apr 2000 .
