Diagnosis. The forewing length is 10.0–12.0 mm in males and 10.5–13.0 mm in females. Teulisna bipectinis is vaguely reminiscent of T. spinulosa sp. n. but differs in its smaller size, rounded forewing apex, greenish-grey colouration of both wings, the smaller costal spot in male and the lack of it in female, and the cluster of shiny bronze androconial scales on the male forewing (it is ochreous in the congener). The detailed comparison of the genitalia of both sexes of T. bipectinis and T. spinulosa sp. n. is provided above in the diagnosis of the latter species.
Distribution. China (Yunnan, Hunan, Guangxi, Guangdong, and Hainan) ( Fang 2000; Dubatolov et al. 2012), and Vietnam (Lào Cai, Vĩnh Phúc, and Thừa Thiên Huế Provinces) (new country record).
