ESTADO DE MÉXICO: Ciénaga de Lerma: Lithobates montezumae ( Caballero, 1942b) . MICHOACÁN: Lago de Pátzcuaro: Lithobates dunni (Pulido- Flores, 1994; Razo-Mendivil, 2004); Lago de Zacapu: Lithobates dunni ( Pérez-Ponce de León et al., 2000; Razo-Mendivil et al., 2006). VERACRUZ: Laguna El Zacatal: Lithobates berlandieri ( Lamothe-Argumedo et al., 1993) .

Specimens deposited: CNHE (1181, 1561, 3281).

Notes: The distribution of Glypthelmins californiensis does not include the state of Veracruz (Razo- Mendivil et al., 2004); for this reason, the Veracruz locality record ( Lamothe-Argumedo et al., 1993) is doubtful.
