Notes: According to Peláez and Pérez-Reyes (1960), type material was deposited at Colección del Laboratorio de Parasitología de la Escuela Nacional de Ciencias Biológicas ( Instituto Politécnico Nacional ), Mexico City. This collection disappeared in 1960s and the types are now lost.
