C o m m e n t: The distribution of M. abantensis ranges from western Anatolia (Izmir) to Georgia ( ASSING 2004a, 2004b, 2007b). An updated illustration is given in Map 3. A View Map 3 considerable proportion of the Turkish specimens collected in July are teneral.
