M a t e r i a l e x a m i n e d: Greece: 1 ex., Dodekanes, Kós, X.1984 (SMNS). Turkey: 1 ex., Antalya, Anamur-Gazipaşa, Kalandere, 36°07'N, 32°34'E, 40 m, 24.IV.2008, leg. Brachat & Meybohm (cAss).

C o m m e n t: Medon subfusculus was previously known only from southern Anatolia westwards to Antalya ( ASSING 2004a, 2005a). The specimen from Kós represents the first record from Greece.
