Description
MALE. Body length 8.0 mm. Relative width of head and thorax including tegulae 4.5: 5.3. POD: OOD 0.5X. Relation of pedicel and first three flagellomeres 0.5: 1.1: 1.5: 1.5. Pronotum anteriorly with rounded humeri. Forewing with small pterostigma, venation as in Fig. 21. Tegula densely punctate. Propodeum reticulate, dorsally with median triangular cell. Pronotum dorsally, mesoscutum, and scutellum densely punctate. T1 width 2.0X T1 length. S1 carinate. T2 and S2 densely punctate, punctures larger on S2. T7 with glabrous area in apical half.
Head, mesosoma, and segment 1 of metasoma, and legs ferruginousred. Mandible ferruginousred with dark teeth. Palps ferruginousred. Scape and pedicel ferruginousred, flagellomeres black, castaneous beneath. Tegulae concolorous with mesosoma. Forewing hyaline, slightly infuscate beyond of cells. Head, mesosoma, and legs with sparse erect and recumbent yellowish setae. T1 posteriorly with fringe of whitish setae. T2 posteriorly and T3–T4 with bands of dense white setae. T5 and T7 with sparse whitish setae mixed with black ones. T6 with black setae. Lateral felt line of T2 and S2 yellowish. Metasoma ventrally with sparse yellowish setae, S2–S6 with weak apical fringes of yellowish setae.

Yemen.
Etymology
This species is dedicated to Christian SchmidEgger ( Germany), expert in Palaearctic wasps.
