A total 205 species and six subspecies in 35 genera of the subfamilies Ceropalinae , Pepsinae , and Pompilinae are recorded from Turkey (YILDIRIM & WAHIS 2010, 2011). The type localities of 23 species and one subspecies of this family are located in Turkey; 19 species are endemic for Turkish fauna.
