Material examined. One pupal exuviae, BRAZIL, MS, Bodoquena, Fazenda Califórnia , 2° stream on the “trilha da Gruta”, 1.iv.2012, drift, S. Wiedenbrug; one pupal exuviae, GO, Alto Paraíso de Goiás, Fazenda São Bento , 14.1597°S, 47.5637°W, 18.i.2012, drift, S. Wiedenbrug; one pharate male, SP, São Simão, Ponte Tio Zito, 19.i.2003, drift net, H. Mendes and T. Andersen. one male, SC, Ubirici, Morro da Igreja , 1.822m a.s.l., 18.ix- 05.xii.2004, Malaise trap, Cloud forest , L.C. Pinho and L.E.M. Bizzo .

Remarks. Corynoneura fortispicula was originally described from small streams of the Atlantic Forest, in Minas Gerais, São Paulo and Rio Grande do Sul States (Wiedenbrug & Strixino 2011). In the present study new records of the same biome in Santa Catarina State are presented and additionally, the species was also collected in small streams of a Semideciduous Forest in Mato Grosso do Sul and Goiás States, Brazil.
