" Acrocercops View in CoL "— Wallengren, H.J.D. 1881. Entomologisk Tidskrift 1(2): 95. Type species: Tinea brongniardella Fabricius, 1798 . By monotypy. The type species was included by Wallengren as" Brongiardellus F.", an incorrect subsequent spelling ( Nye & Fletcher 1991: 4).
