Diagnosis. T. quadricornis can be distinguished from other species in the genus by a combination of the typical color pattern, male pygofer dorsal processes expanded apically and apices truncate with sharp corners, aedeagus short and broad in lateral view and with dorsal accessory thorn-like process, and connective-aedeagus with an unpaired basal process extending ventrad of shaft. Male, 5.25 mm.
Material examined. No specimens examined.
Distribution. The species is known only from the male type specimen from Coroico, Bolivia.
