Distribution

Novamundoniscus sp. 2 was found at the caves Caverna Bem Bom and Gruna do Valdecirı Carinhanhaı state of Bahia .

Remarks

Based on the pale brown pigmentı these specimens can be considered troglomorphic. The color reduction can be sometimes associated with endogean lifestyle. More surveys outside caves are necessary to confirm this classification.
