Vernacular Names: Bolivian Red Howler.

Distribution: Bolivia (Sara Province), Peru, and Brazil to the Rio Negro and Rondônia.

Conservation: CITES – Appendix II; IUCN – Lower Risk (lc).

Discussion: A. seniculus species group. Separated from A. seniculus by Minezawa et al. (1985).
