Diagnosis. Forewing length, 6.0–7.0 mm. This species is characterized by the forewing with distinct, large blackish stigmata. The female is unknown.
Description of venation. Forewing with R3 stalked with R4+5; R4 and R5 stalked; R5 reaching termen; M3 separate; CuA1 and CuA2 stalked. Hindwing venation with M2 present, curved; M3 and CuA1 stalked for 1/3 length.
Male genitalia ( Fig. 16 View FIGURES 13 – 16 ). See also Diakonoff (Fig. 606). Basal lobes of uncus slender, directed outward. Valva broad; costa slightly concave before middle, then gently arched; ventral margin with prominent expansion beyond middle; pectinate comb with strong long spikes. Aedeagus very large, stout, slightly bifurcate apically; cornuti consist of a large patch of numerous spines and short teeth.
