Description. Head green. Vertex and pronotum variegated with reddish brown spots. Scutellum orange brown, bordered with yellow suture arcuate. Forewings translucent and pale green; veins green; clavus without dark spot. Legs green, without pattern or spot ( Fig. 1 View FIGURES 1 – 7 ).
Male genitalia. Pygofer lobe process without ventral tooth, unbranched and curved apically; anal tube appendage small, slim and sharp ( Fig. 2 View FIGURES 1 – 7 ). Subgenital plate with pointed apex ( Fig. 3 View FIGURES 1 – 7 ). Aedeagus long and slim, apex aligned and narrowly bifurcate ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 1 – 7 ). Aedeagus apex with small lateral lobes ( Fig. 4 View FIGURES 1 – 7 ).
Measurements. Body length males 8.43–9.26 mm, females 7.93–9.19 mm.

Oh; [ CNU] 1♂, 2♀♀, Jichon-ri, Yanggang-myeon, Yeongdong-gun , Chungcheongbuk-do , Korea, 22. VI. 2016, coll. S.A Kwon, light trap; [Hokkaido University] 3 specimens , Japan, coll. Matsumura (unreadable labels for collecting localities).
Host plants. In broad-leaved and mixed forests on Ulmus ( Anufriev et al. 1988) .
