Hosts. RODENTIA : Rattus exulans , R. leucopus ; AVES: Centropus bengalensis javanensis ; PRIMATES : Homo sapiens .
Distribution. Malaysia, Micronesia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Philippines.
