TYPE LOCALITY: Argentina, Buenos Aires Prov. (37°45'S, 65°W) GoogleMaps .
DISTRIBUTION: Only known from La Pampa Prov. ( Argentina).
COMMENTS: Considered distinct from mendocinus by Roig and Reig (1969:670). The chromosome no. is 2n=47-48.
