Pyrrhoderma View in CoL View at ENA
The second phylogenetic analysis ( Figure 2 View FIGURE 2 ) included 50 taxa incorporating the sequences of two new strains. The tree was inferred from the combined ITS and LSU sequences, which comprise 853 characters. The best scoring maximum likelihood tree (-8507.985969) is shown in Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 . The tree topologies of the ML and MP were similar to the Bayesian analysis. The dataset represents Pyrrhoderma and other related taxa, with Oxyporus populinus (Dai 8908) as the outgroup taxa. The dataset comprised 853 total characters, of which 421 were constant, 338 variable characters were parsimony-informative, and 94 characters were parsimony-uninformative.
