GR); 1 male, N Vietnam, 1600 m, Mt. Fan-si-pan (Nord), Cha-pa, Primary forest, 22˚17ʹN 103˚44ʹE, 25– 30.iii.1996, leg. V Siniaev & A. Schintlmeister, genit. Prep. 7368GB (coll. GB); 1 male, China, Sichuan, Prov. Qingchenqhou Mt., 70 km W Chengdu, 1500 m, 15–25.iii.2004, leg. loc. collector (coll. AB).

Diagnosis. Adult ( Figs. 1, 3 View FIGURES 1 – 8 ). Wingspan: male 37–38 mm, female 43–44 mm. Head and thorax greyish-yellow, ground color of forewing greyish-yellow with olive basal and subbasal fields and greyish suffusion in apical part of costal field; basal line as black dots or line; antemedial line pale, arched basally, shadowed outside by reddishbrown; orbicular traceable, small, indistinct, reniform typical shape, formed by brown border line; medial shadow indistinct; postmedial line angled outward at vein M2, apical angle with oblique reddish-brown dash, following from apex and surrounded with greyish suffusion in costal area and triangular yellowish patch below; subterminal, terminal fields and lines not expressed, veins suffused with whitish; cilia reddish-brown. Hindwing pale, greyishyellow, cilia whitish. In male genitalia ( Fig. 15 View FIGURES 15 – 17 ) uncus relatively short, pointed; juxta plate-like, valva gradually tapered apically; harpe moderate, oblique-transverse, flat, pointed. Aedeagus rather short, massive, vesica short, with basal divertilum and two apical diveticula, covered with minute setae. Female not examined.

Distribution ( Fig. 26 View FIGURES 25 – 30 ). North India, South West China, Vietnam. Moths have been collected in March and June.
