Distribution. Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, and Venezuela.

New locality records. Corydalus affinis was previously recorded from the departments of Antioquia, Boyacá, Chocó, Cundinamarca, and Tolima (Contreras-Ramos 1998). Above are the first records for the departments of Arauca, Casanare, and Meta.
