Distribution. Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, and Venezuela.

Materials examined. Colombia: Arauca: Cravo Norte, Rio Casanare, Intend. Casanare, 100 m, VII-1976, F. Ortiz, (1 ♀- ICN); Meta, PNN Tinígua, río Puda, 400 m, VI-1994, A. Calixto, (1 ♂ -ANDES-E); Cundinamarca: Mariquita, 30-X-2005, A. Garzón, 1 ♂ ( ICN); Meta: San Martín, black light trap, (1 ♂, 2 ♀-ANDES-E); Tolima: Mariquita, Vda. La Guardia, 16-I-1983, 19:00, (1 ♀- ICN); Ibagué, 22-VII-1972, G. Hurtado, (1 ♀- ICN); Mariquita, casco urbano, 5º12’49’’N – 75º1’45’’W, 460 m, 16-V-2011, J. Sánchez,direct collection (1 ♂ - UNAB); Melgar, Anamichú, 5-XI-2005, D. Castilla, (1 ♂ - ICN).

New locality records. Corydalus affinis was previously recorded from the departments of Antioquia, Boyacá, Chocó, Cundinamarca, and Tolima (Contreras-Ramos 1998). Above are the first records for the departments of Arauca, Casanare, and Meta.
