Diagnosis. Body 13.5 mm; fore wing 11.5 mm; ovipositor 18 mm long.
Body black. Palpi yellowish brown. Legs reddish brown except hind tibia and tarsus dark brown. Antenna with 31–38 flagellomeres.
Face sparsely punctate. Head parallel, not narrowing behind eyes in dorsal view. Frons with wrinkles. Malar space granulate, 0.25 × as long as mandible base. Pronotum without epomia, central part of pronotum glabrous; upper corner of pronotum moderately punctate. Speculum convex and shiny; mesopleural pit present. Prepectal carina extending above lower corner of pronotum, curved forward, reaching anterior margin of mesopleuron. Propodeum rugosely punctate; with median longitudinal carina, convergent basally. Hind fifth tarsus as long as third. First tergite as long as second; third to fifth tergites square in quadrate view. Petiole with spiracle before the middle of petiole. Dorsal lobe of ovipositor with two wide ridges.
