Key to species of Maiestas View in CoL from Pakistan
Note. Maiestas setosa is excluded from the key due to the poor original description and figures. M. pruthii , described from Pakistan, is included but known only from Indian material (see under M. pruthii remarks) while two un-named species (see Maiestas spp. ) would also key out to this couplet.

- Color not as above ( Figs 2A View FIGURE 2 , 3A View FIGURE 3 )......................................................................... 2
2. Crown, face and thorax with black patches ( Fig. 2A–D View FIGURE 2 ).............................................. M. maculata View in CoL

- Aedeagus with a short apical ventral process ( Figs 4J–L View FIGURE 4 )............................................... M. pruthii View in CoL
5. Aedeagus with pair of short lateral processes ( Figs 6G–H View FIGURE 6 )........................................... M. trispinosa View in CoL
- Aedeagus without lateral processes....................................................................... 6
6. Aedeagus in lateral view similar in width in distal half ( Fig. 4D View FIGURE 4 )...................................... M. subviridis View in CoL
- Aedeagus in lateral view evenly tapered from base to apex.................................................... 7
