Notes

Colonies are massive or form thick plates. Colony surface entirely covered in bubble-like, teardrop-shaped vesicles. Meandroid with short widely spaced valleys that are only visible when vesicles retract. Maximum recorded size: 1.5 m across. Corallites 18.0 mm in diameter. The colouration of the vesicles is always pale-whitish (Fig. 99).
