Holotype M (with associated larval and pupal exuviae): [La Levée], [ Island of Cayenne ], French Guiana ( MNHP *); coll. J. Clastrier; 23 Oct. 1968; no. 3772-20.

The type series of Wy. forattinii (holotype, allotype no. 3772-24 and 38 paratypes (nos 3739-45, 3769, 3769-31, 3769-36, 3772-27, 3772-29, 30, 3772-31, 3772-32, 3772-33, 3772-34, 3772-35, 3772-36, 3772-37, 3772-39, 3772- 40, 3772-41, 3772-A, 3772-B (two specimens), 3772-C (three specimens), 3772-D (three specimens), 3774-31, 3848-26, 3850, 3850-44, 3850-45, 3850-46, 3850-47, 3850-48, 3851, 3851-32, 3851-33, 3873-36, 3873-37), provisionally deposited in the personal collection of J. Clastrier ( Clastrier 1974: 162), were found in the MNHP during this study (microscope slides only).
