Lernecella simlense ( Otte & Perez-Gelabert, 2009) , n. comb.
http://lsid.speciesfile.org/urn:lsid: Orthoptera .speciesfile.org:TaxonName:27867 Uvaroviella simlense Otte & Perez Gelabert, 2009: 672 .
Type locality. Trinidad.
Type material. Holotype, Trinidad, Arima valley, Simla, 1 male, 18.v.1987 ( ANSP #1084).
Remark. The species described as Uvaroviella simlense clearly belongs to the genus Lernecella , as clearly shown by its size, very wide fastigium, general shape and length of male FWs, their distinctive venation, including the distinctive shape of the veins crossing the mirror (see Otte and Perez Gelabert 2009, Fig. 568), and male genitalia (see Otte and Perez Gelabert 2009, Fig. 590). I propose to transfer Uvaroviella simlense to Lernecella .
