Type species. Baileyna marianae Keifer, 1954: 124 , 130.
Diagnosis. Body vermiform; scapular tubercles and setae on rear shield margin, scapular setae (sc) directed posterior; legs with usual segmentation and setae, empodium entire; opisthosoma dorsoventral annuli subequal, with three ridges, middorsal ridge present only in central part of opisthosoma between subdorsal ridges.
This genus consists of 5 species ( Amrine et al. 2003). Two species have been recorded from Southeast Asia.
