MALE: Unknown.
Type material. Holotype, female, Malang, Java, Indonesia, March 12, 2008, from Jatropha curcas L. ( Euphorbiaceae ), coll. Nur Asbani. Paratypes, 11 females, with the same data as holotype.
Relation to host. Unknown.
Etymology. The specific designation curcasis is from the species name of the host plant curcas .
Differential diagnosis. This species is similar to P. samoengus Boczek & Chandrapatya, 2000b , but can be differentiated by its prodorsal shield with distinct submedian lines (median, admedian and submedian lines indistinct in P. samoengus ), coxae area II with granules (coxae area II smooth in P. samoengus ) and the absence of setae h1 (setae h1 present in P. samoengus ).
