Type species. Levonga papaitongensis Manson, 1984a: 30 .
Diagnosis. Body fusiform; gnathosoma large, abruptly curved and bent down near base; scapular setae (sc) minute; genu II seta absent, paraxial tibial seta (l’) absent, empodium divided; anterolateral setae on coxisternum І (1b) absent.
This genus consists of 6 species ( Amrine et al. 2003). Only one species has been recorded from Southeast Asia.
