The nutlet ornamentation is reticulate-foveate. B type glandular trichomes are also present on the nutlets of all examined taxa. Also, there are F 4 type eglandular hairs on nutlets of T. lamiifolium d’Urville (1822: 320) subsp. lamiifolium and T. hircanicum Linnaeus (1759: 1095) . On the two analyzed species are seen the thin-walled eglandular trichomes although T. lamiifolium taxa have thick-walled eglandular trichomes and A 2 type glandular trichomes ( Figs. 1 View FIGURE 1 , 4 View FIGURE 4 and Table 2).
