Material examined. CAMEROON: 1 ♂, 1 ♀, Centre Province , Nkomilong, 23 March 2007, Fagara sp. (Rutaceae) (J. L. Tamesse & W. Yana) ; 2 ♂, 2 ♀, Centre Province , Mbalmayo, 17 February 2007, Fagara sp. (Rutaceae) (J. L. Tamesse & Y. P. Mveyo). [ NHMB] .
Comments. Adults closely resemble those of P. stigmatum . They differ in the light brown, ill-defined pattern on the fore wing which is relatively expanded and forms a band along the posterior wing margin, and in the more rounded wing apex. The male paramere is more slender and the dorsal margin of the female proctiger is, in lateral view, concavely angular. In addition, the species is associated with Fagara (Rutaceae) rather than with Aucoumea klaineana (Burseraceae) as P. stigmatum . More material is required for a formal description.
