Material examined. Cascades d’Ajourar, 13.iii.2023, 2♂♂, 2♀♀, 15.iii.2023, 1♀, reared from Bryonia dioica Jacq. , (El Harym) ( LESCB) .
Distribution. Spain (mainland), France (mainland and Corsica), Italy (mainland and Sicily), Austria, Germany, Belgium, Britain, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Greece, Hungary, Romania, Ukraine, Poland, Turkey, Armenia, and European Russia (south) ( Korneyev et al. 2017; Palaczyk et al. 2019; Ĝrmez & Ķţk 2020). Morocco (first record). The first record from North Africa.
Host plant. Bryonia alba L., B. dioica Jacq. , B. cretica L., B. syriaca Boiss. ( Hendel 1927; Merz 1994; Smith & Bush 1999). In our study, the species was reared from B. dioica .
