Type specimens. Holotype, F, INDONESIA: Sulawesi Utara: Bolaang Mongondow Prov., Dumoga-Bone Natl. Pk., 0°34’N 123°53’E, L. A. Durden, on passalid. Deposited in Museum Zoologicum Bogoriense, Bogor, Indonesia. Paratype, M, same data as holotype ( S74192 View Materials ), deposited in QM.
Diagnosis. Both sexes: idiosoma 1110 –1220 long; anterior hyaline projection extends well past CxI; exopodal patterning between CxII–III striped; pedofossae III present, IV absent; seta h1 with 12 barbs; distal spine-like process on palp femur 15 long, bearing two terminal spines; both non-filamentous excrescences ribbon-like, one shorter than the other; femur III and IV with large lamellae. Female: sternal shield smooth; seta st1 73–85 long, longer than base of tritosternum; setae st2–st4 4–6 long; sternogynial shield smooth, anterior margin straight. Male: tetartosternum absent, sternal processes not articulated with sternoventral shield, symmetrical, with rounded ends, their internal margins with each with a small process; sternoventral shield (anterior of genital opening) smooth; genital opening placed between CxII–III, flanked by 6 pores.
Description. Female: Idiosoma 1110 long, 800 wide; anterior hyaline projection extends posteriorly past level of Cx IV, bears 1 pair barbed setae anteriorly, 82 long. Tritosternum base 60 long, 38 wide. Tetartosternum reticulate, crown-shaped, sternal shield smooth; st1 6 long; st2-4 minute. Sternogynial shield 136 long, 138 wide, smooth, slightly truncate posteriorly. Ventral shield with network of reticulation medially, lineate reticulation laterally; 1 pair of large semicircular pores posteromedially of Cx IV, 1 pair of eye-like pores, ca. 8 pairs of small round pores, and ca. 7 pairs of small (<8 long) setae. Ventrianal shield 260 long, 570 wide, with lineate reticulation, paranal setae 24 long, other setae minute; anterolateral corner of ventrianal shield not fused with ventral shield. Marginal shields with lineate reticulation. Tiny lamellae on Cx I, large lamellae on femur II–IV. Pedofossae III and CxIV-marginal suture present.
Legs. TrI with seta pv1 not thicker than seta av1. FeI with seta pv3 longer and thicker than setae pv1 and pv2. FeII with ventral lamella, seta ad1 barbed and thickened. GeII with seta ad3 thickened. FeIII with small lamella distal to av1, seta pv1 spine-like. GeIII with seta pd2 setiform. FeIV with lamella distal to av1, seta pv1 thick, spine-like, seta ad2 thickened, seta pd2 just distal to seta ad2. TaII–III with seta av2 spine-like, subequal in length to seta av3. TaIV with seta av2 spine-like, shorter than setiform seta av3. Legs II–IV with setiform ad and pd setae.
Gnathosoma . Seta h1 curved, with about 12 barbs, 70 long, distance between h1–h1 8; seta h2 barbed, 55 long; seta h3 10 long, situated posterolaterad h2; palpcoxal seta 20 long. Corniculi difficult to see, but appear same as other Neofedrizzia , not on tubercles. Palp, seta av1 on trochanter with large barbs, 60 long; av2 lightly barbed, 63 long. Palp femur with distal process 15 long, bears 2 distal spines. Chelicera, fixed digit 195 long, movable digit 43 long; fixed digit with 2 large and 2 minute teeth; excrescences consist of a large brush-like process and 2 ribbon-like processes, each with a crenate and serrated margin; both processes extend beyond end of chelicerae, but one process two-thirds length of other.
Male: Idiosoma 1220 long, 860 wide. Tritosternum base broad, 64 long, 70 wide; lateral margins with many small spines; tritosternum with supra-basal piece 28 long, 32 wide. Sternal processes undifferentiated from sternal shield, broadly connected, with small protrusions on medial edges. Sternal shield anterior of genital opening smooth. Seta st1 laterad tiny medial protrusions, possibly broken, 12 long. Seta st2 24 long. Genital opening 65 long, 60 wide, with 6 pores laterad the opening. Large lamellae on Cx I. Gnathosoma . Seta h1 79 long, with about 12 barbs; h2 broken, 53 long; h3 13 long, posterolaterad h1, anterior h2. Palpcoxal seta 25 long. Anterior process of palp femur with 5 spines on right palp, 1 spine on left palp.
