Diagnosis. Male: middle of frons (above antennal sockets) smooth, shiny; scape conspicuously broadened, hairs on scape relatively long.

Description of Female. Measurements: BL 5.67mm; WL 3.47mm; HL 1.58mm; HW 1.64mm; CI 1.14; SI 2.93.

Coloration: Black. The following yellowish: triangular marks on paraocular area not extending beyond the level of the upper margin of the antennal socket; stripe-shaped spot on lower portion of clypeus; band on lateral portion of pronotal collar; apical mark on pronotal lobe; anterior spot on tegula; apical small obscure spots on all femora; basal anterior mark on fore tibia; basal small spot on middle tibia; basal two-fifth mark on hind tibia. Underside of flagellum brownish yellow; apical portion of clypeus brown; mediotarsus and distitarsus brown; wings subhyaline, veins and stigma brown to yellow.

Structure: Face slightly shiny; clypeus lineolate-reticulate, with shallow and obscure, fine and close to sparse punctures; paraocular area like clypeus but the punctures shallower and sparser; lower portion of supraclypeal area lineolate-reticulate, with some fine punctures, upper portion gently merging into frons, with fine to moderate and subcontiguous punctures, median sulcus deep and broad; frons with fine and subcontiguous punctures; gena as broad as eye in lateral view, with fine to moderate and subcontiguous to dense punctures; mesoscutum lineolate-reticulate, slightly shiny with fine and close punctures; scutellum like mesoscutum, but punctures a little larger; metanotum slightly shiny with irregular punctures; mesopleuron like mesoscutum; propodeal TRN, OBL and lateral carinae distinct and sharp, lateral area and posterior portion of propodeal enclosure wrinkled-punctate, punctures irregular; T1 shiny with minute and very scattered punctures; T2 and following terga transverse lineolate-reticulate and moderately shiny, punctures minute and closer than those on T1.

Pilosity: Hairs on mesopleuron white and close; hairs on lateral area and posterior portion of propodeal enclosure dense and very short.

Specimens examined: China (new record): Shanghai: 1 female and 1 male, summary of 1944, coll. Marist Brothers. Jilin Province: Gongzhuling : 1 female and 1 male, 30.v.1956, coll. Tailu Chen. Shandong Province: Tai mountain : 1 male, 8.vi.1973, coll. Yanru Wu.
