Type locality and specimens. Habitat: Usambara, Amani [today Muheza].
Dimensions. Pedum paria [leg pairs] ♀ 43, 45. Long. corp. [body length] mm 12, lat. 0,6 [width 0.6 mm].

Collection remarks. The type locality “Amani” refers to the present Amani Center for Medical Research, located ca. 40 km west of Tanga. The present specimen was apparently found in a seed box (“Saatkästchen”) .
