Dimensions. Länge [length] 15 mm.

Type material. Syntypes 15 ( ZMH-A0000704 , ZMH-A0009209-9222 ). CHINA: Fujian Province [ca. 26°16’N, 118°10’E] GoogleMaps .

Old type catalogue. Not listed .

Type status. Attems (1934) did not state the number of specimens in his description. This species is not listed in the catalogues of Weidner (1960) and Rack (1974) but the specimens are part of the type series. We are aware of 2♂, 1♀ and 1 microslide (claws of female gonopods) (syntypes) from China, Province Fujian “Prov. Fukien” (don. Museum Hamburg 1934) at the NHMW (no. 4048).

Collection remarks. The type locality “ Futschau ” refers to the coastal province Fujian (romanized as Fukien) in China. The specimens were purchased from Consul G. Siemssen .
