Remarks. This species was described based on several specimens from Suriname, Brazil, Bolivia, Paraguay, and Argentina. Currently, it is known from Suriname, French Guiana, Brazil (Roraima, Amazonas, Pará, Maranhão, Paraíba, Ceará, Bahia, Minas Gerais, Espírito Santo, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Paraná, Santa Catarina, and Rio Grande do Sul), Bolivia (Santa Cruz), Paraguay, and Argentina ( Bezark 2024, Monné 2024b, Tavakilian & Chevillotte 2023).

Material examined. BRAZIL, Mato Grosso do Sul (new state record): Pantanal , 1 specimen (ZUFMS-COL-00703), 17.VII.2006, F. Severo-Neto leg. ( ZUFMS) .
