Material examined. Petro-UFS—2 (1 M, 1 F); size range: 5.82 ≤ CW ≤ 8.57 mm; average: CW = 7.19 ± 1.94 mm; CZUFS CRU- 00049. Penaeid—6 (3 M, 1 F, 2 OF); size range: 5.19 ≤ CW ≤ 7.47 mm; average: CW = 6.41 ± 0.77 mm; CZUFS CRU- 00238.

Stations. Petro-UFS—11; Penaeid - 3, 4, and 6.

Distribution. Western Atlantic—Colombia, Venezuela and Brazil (from Amapá to São Paulo) ( Melo 1996).

Ecological notes. From shallow waters to 30 m, on sand, and calcareous algae bottoms, occasionally on the sand and broken shells ( Melo 1996). Collected with the octocoral Carijoa riisei (Duchassaing & Michelotti) and under rocks covered by hydrozoans, and algae on a sandstone reef ( Almeida et al. 2010).
