Material examined. Petro-UFS—16 (9 M, 2 F, 3 OF); size range: 16.00 ≤ CW ≤ 24.47 mm; average: CW = 20.01 ± 2.60 mm; CZUFS CRU- 00054.

Stations. Petro-UFS—6, 8, and 9.

Distribution. Western Atlantic—Florida, Gulf of Mexico, Antilles, Colombia, and Brazil (from Pará to Espírito Santo) ( Melo 1996).

Ecological notes. Lives between 20 and 80 m. Found on gravel, shells, corals, and calcareous algae bottoms ( Melo 1996).
